1. Service Agreement
These terms govern your use of aurell voyagess travel services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- A deposit of 30% is required to confirm bookings
- Full payment is due 60 days before departure
- We accept bank transfers and major credit cards
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and supplier changes
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost
- 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost
- No-shows and cancellations on departure day: 100% of total cost
4. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. We can recommend suitable providers.
5. Travel Documents
- You are responsible for ensuring valid passports and necessary visas
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond return date
- We provide guidance on documentation requirements
- Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We act as agents for hotels, airlines, and other service providers
- We are not liable for their acts, errors, or omissions
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
- We are not liable for force majeure events
7. Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.
